Your content and claims
You keep all rights to your product data and uploads, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. You are responsible for the facts you confirm and for reviewing every output before you publish it. Folra removes claims you have not confirmed, but AI can make mistakes.
Credits
One credit renders one version (each hook variant is a version). Credits are used only when a render succeeds; failed or cancelled renders are refunded automatically. Purchases are billed through Shopify. Credits do not expire while Folra is installed.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Folra to create misleading, infringing or unlawful content, or content you are not allowed to publish.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Folra available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
